We currently have trained coaches in a number of different sports. They are located all over Melbourne and are very skilled, some of them having played elite level in their sport. There are a number of options for you to choose, such as individual coaching, coaching in groups and also competitions.

Swimming Pool

Swimming is a great way to keep fit or get into shape if you're struggling. Unlike running, it is low impact, yet it gives the body a great workout. Not only can it build muscle and help to burn fat, it increases your aerobic capacity, making your lungs and heart stronger.

If you own a swimming pool, then you can participate in this workout whenever you like. The only thing stopping you is cold weather and pool maintenance to keep the facility in good shape. If you can't afford a pool, then you may want to consider going to the local swimming centre. Buying a membership is a good idea, because it motivates you to go on a regular basis and get fit.
